We continue our international expansion
2026-03-18
We continue to grow internationally and have now launched new operations in Angola, Finland and Estonia. At the same time, we are strengthening our presence in Spain.
In Angola and Spain, our work will primarily focus on oil refineries, shipyards and the mining industry. In Finland, through EWM Finland Oy, the focus is on paper mills and heating plants. The Estonian operation, EWM Skandinavien, will serve as our resource pool for skilled personnel for projects across several markets.
Demand is particularly strong in Angola and Finland, and we look forward to developing our operations further together with our customers and partners.

Continued expansion in South Africa and Malta
2026-05-13
At our latest Group meeting, we discussed establishing operations in both South Africa and Malta. In South Africa, the main focus will be on oil refinery projects, while the operation in Malta will be geared towards the construction sector.
The meeting also addressed a potential acquisition of a Swedish company operating in construction and industrial services. Such an acquisition would broaden our product portfolio and strengthen our ability to offer complete solutions to our customers.
We are therefore continuing to develop the Group, both internationally and in the Swedish market.
